Now that I am a little over three weeks into my recovery, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my experience with Dr. Hazem Alfie and the amazing and professional team at Delta Clinic. Having surgery is a significant decision, and from my very first consultation with Dr. Alfie, I felt comfortable and reassured. What stood out to me most was the time and attention he gave me before surgery. I had two consultations with him, and during both appointments he took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and discuss any concerns I had. I never felt rushed, and I never felt that any question was too small or unimportant. His calm approach, experience, and attention to detail gave me a great deal of confidence going into surgery. He made sure I understood what to expect and helped me feel comfortable with my decision every step of the way. I truly appreciate the care and attention he provided. I would also like to give special recognition to Rayan, who has been my main nurse throughout my recovery. Recovery can be an emotional journey, with lots of questions, worries, and moments when you need reassurance, and Rayan has been there through it all. She has followed my progress closely, answered countless questions, and guided me through each stage of recovery with patience and kindness. Knowing that someone genuinely cared about how I was doing and was always there to support me made a real difference to my recovery experience. I am incredibly grateful for all of her support and care. I would also like to thank Alex, who has been wonderful throughout this experience. Every interaction with her was positive, and she was always kind, supportive, and encouraging whenever I needed help or reassurance. Sushmita was equally lovely to deal with. She was always welcoming, helpful, and professional, and her warm attitude made every interaction a pleasant one. A special thank you as well to Hanan for reaching out after surgery to check on me. It was a thoughtful gesture that I genuinely appreciated. I am still recovering, but I already know that choosing Dr. Alfie and Delta Clinic was the right decision for me. Thank you to Dr. Alfie, Rayan, Alex, Sushmita, Hanan, and the entire team for the care, support, and kindness you have shown throughout this journey. It has meant more to me than I can express in a review. I would confidently recommend Dr. Alfie to anyone considering surgery, and I will definitely return to Delta Clinic in the future if I ever decide to have another procedure. i had a really good experience overall with delta clinics. from the start alex was really easy to talk to and didn’t make anything feel complicated, which helped because i was a bit unsure going into it. she always got back to me and kept things moving without any stress when i came into the clinic the reception team were polite and everything felt organised. on the day of surgery the nurses were actually really reassuring, they didn’t rush anything and made sure i was calm before going in which made a big difference dr alfie was professional and straight to the point, he explained what would actually work rather than just agreeing with everything. the results have come out really natural which is exactly what i wanted, nothing over the top if i had to say one thing, it would be that communication around one of my appointments could have been a bit clearer as i had to double check the time, and there was a bit of waiting when i arrived. not a big issue but worth mentioning overall though i’m really happy i went with them, the team were solid and the results speak for themselves
