Meet Mr Hazem Alfie
MBBCh, MSc, FRCS Plastic Surgery
Mr. Alfie is an experienced cosmetic surgeon who has worked in hospitals across the UK, Qatar, and Egypt, holding roles such as Consultant Plastic and Breast Reconstruction Surgeon at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS trust, Plastic and Hand Surgery Consultant at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire and Breast Reconstruction Fellow at Whiston Hospital, Liverpool. He continually updates his skills by attending educational courses, conferences, and presenting at national and international meetings. He has also contributed to specialist publications.
Committed to patient care, all surgeons, including Mr. Alfie, are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), undergo annual appraisals, and hold practising privileges under strict clinical governance. Despite their extensive experience, they prioritise making each patient’s experience as positive as their treatment outcome.
Dr. Pascal Lahoud
Dr. Pascal Lahoud specialises as a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgeon, with particular expertise in rhinoplasty procedures. His professional career spans multiple countries including the United Kingdom, Italy, and Lebanon, where he has developed a reputation for integrating cutting-edge surgical methodologies with a patient-centered approach. Dr. Lahoud is recognised for his commitment to delivering exceptional results while prioritising the specific needs and goals of each individual under his care.
Dr Arcadius Xavier
With more than 30 years of experience in anaesthesia, Dr Xavier is considered one of the top cosmetic surgery anaesthetists. He has worked as consultant anaesthetist for both the NHS and private sectors in the UK and Saudi Arabia and India. Dr Xavier has an extensive experience in intensive care units which enables him to deal with different patient anaesthetic conditions. Supported by his team, Dr Xavier has safely delivered thousands of anaesthetic services across London private hospitals. He has also mastered the TIVA technique which is considered a safe method of general anaesthesia. Dr Xavier has worked with the existing Delta Clinics team for many years and he was an integral contributor to the design of Delta Clinics day surgery theatre.
Dr Xavier regularly reviews Delta Clinics patients notes prior to their surgeries in preparation for their anaesthesia and to ensure safety and suitability of the patients for the procedure proposed.
Outside work, Dr Xavier enjoys socialising and reading.
Krisztian Ioan
Sushmita Rokade
Sushmita is an experienced healthcare professional with more than 5 years of experience in operating theaters. She has been involved in direct and indirect patient treatment journeys from start to finish. She follows up with patients to ensure they are recovering well from day 1 of their discharge.
Sushmita has experience in preparing patients for surgery and managing any unexpected wound healing problems. She has worked in multiple locations both in the UK and internationally.
Outside her professional role, Sushmita enjoys going to the cinema and watching theater shows.
Alex
Alex is the cornerstone of Delta Clinics. She has built the clinic alongside the other stakeholders of Delta Clinics. Despite her senior management role requirements, she continues to interact with patients on a day-to-day basis.
With her years of experience in public protection and healthcare services, Alex is a key person in the decision-making process for both business and patient care perspectives.
Alex holds daily meetings with clinicians and staff to ensure the service runs smoothly while delivering high-quality patient care.
Outside her professional role, Alex enjoys going on walks, socializing, and spending quality time with her family.
Sangeeta Kaur
Sangeeta has more than 10 years of experience working for both NHS and private healthcare sectors. She started her career as a medical receptionist and worked her way up to management. Sangeeta excels in being a good listener, compassionate and hard-working team member who will always be there for the rest of the team should they need her.
Sangeeta supervises non-clinical pathways and the centre’s governance. She regularly audits performance and manages patients’ concerns, if any.
Outside her professional role, Sangeeta loves shopping and spending time with her family.
Sophie Davies
Sophie has 3.5 years of experience in both NHS and Private healthcare sectors. She has worked in direct and indirect customer care provision since she left school. Sophie has enhanced her skills through gaining extracurricular theoretical healthcare and customer provision knowledge through attending multiple courses since joining Delta Clinics.
Since joining the team, Sophie has proven to be a people’s person with great communication skills as well as being a team player. She is punctual, organised and is always an available team member. Currently Sophie is the lead for the reception and admin team.
Outside her role, Sophie enjoys socialising with her friends and travelling to new places.
